1. Introduction
Vedic Books Hub deals exclusively in digital PDF products delivered instantly after successful payment. Since these are non-returnable digital goods, we follow a strict policy to ensure legal compliance and prevent misuse.
2. Refund Eligibility (Digital PDF Products Only)
Refund is allowed ONLY in the following cases:
- No download link received after payment.
- Download link not working or file corrupted.
- Completely different PDF received.
Refund is NOT allowed in the following cases:
- PDF has been downloaded (even once).
- PDF used, shared, or forwarded.
- Wrong product ordered by customer mistake.
- Customer dislikes the content (subjective reason).
- Customer refuses to provide proof of issue.
As per digital-goods policy, once downloaded, a digital file becomes non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Process
- Contact via WhatsApp or Email with order details.
- Provide valid proof of issue (screenshot/video).
- Review time: 24–48 hours.
- If valid, refund will be issued in 3–7 business days.
4. Replacement Policy
Free replacement will be provided when:
- Wrong PDF delivered.
- Download link expired.
- File corrupted or incomplete.
Replacement is issued only to the same registered customer.
5. Fraud Prevention & Legal Protection
- All orders are logged with timestamps and delivery proof.
- If PDF is downloaded, order is marked as completed.
- Fake complaints or fraud attempts may result in account blocking.
6. Disclaimer for Legal Safety
- By purchasing, the customer automatically agrees to this policy.
- Digital PDFs are considered delivered once the link is sent.
- The company is not responsible if the customer does not download or save the file.
- No refunds for change-of-mind.
